Conduct comprehensive physical inspections to assess aircraft condition in accordance with regulatory and lease requirements. Applicable for pre-purchase evaluations, mid-lease assessments, and redelivery events. Reports include findings aligned with airworthiness standards, contract terms, and maintenance records.

Provide Technical representation to manage the workstream during aircraft delivery and redelivery. Oversee maintenance inputs, records closure, and findings resolution to ensure full compliance with lease return conditions, regulatory standards, and contractual timelines.

Conduct detailed reviews of Airframe, Engine, and Component documentation for compliance with AMP, MPD, ADs, SBs, and modification status. Verify life-limited part traceability and confirm continuous, verifiable documentation to meet regulatory and lease return standards.

Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with EASA Part-145, Part-M, and operator procedures. Evaluate documentation, processes, and practices against regulatory and MOE requirements. Report findings and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in line with industry standards.

Oversee aircraft during base or heavy maintenance to ensure compliance with approved maintenance programs (AMP/MPD), accurate execution of tasks, and timely closure of non-routines. Monitor work progression, manage deferrals, and coordinate with MROs to maintain schedule integrity and regulatory conformity.

Develop, review, and validate technical documentation including damage assessment reports, engineering justifications, and maintenance procedures. Liaise with OEMs to support structural repairs, coordinate with CAMO/MRO stakeholders, and ensure alignment with EASA/FAA requirements and operator procedures.
